I understand your concern regarding the aluminosilicate in Toxaprevent if you have to stay away from aluminium in any form but please be assured that no aluminium from the Toxaprevent will get absorbed into your body. I hope the following information below gives you the reassurance. Toxaprevent is classed as a medical and is certified as one. It works in the body via a physical mode of action. The active ingredient in the Toxaprevent range of products is MANCR (Modified and Activated Natural Clinoptilolite) MANCR is a pure and natural mineral which consists of specially processed natural clinoptilolite zeolite via a patented process. The principle function of Toxaprevent is based on MANCR’s ability to bind substances and remove irritants and pollutants from the body. This is done by absorption of the toxins into the cage like structure of MANCR and through adsorption onto the surface. The particle size of MANCR is optimised so that it is small enough to pass through the digestive tract but too large to be absorbed through the intestinal barrier. This ensures that MANCR remains only in the digestive tract, working to bind to toxins as it moves through and removing them from the body as it excreted via natural bowel movements. As it does not metabolise, there are no known side effects. The principle function of MANCR has been proven scientifically, through in vitro and in vivo studies, to bind to heavy metals, aluminium, histamine and ammonium from within the body and on the skin and has also been clinically proven not to be absorbed by the body. The products in the Toxaprevent range are approved medical devices, as it works via a physical mode of action in the body and does not achieve its intended action by pharmacological or metabolic means. Attached is a summary study which shows that the Clinoptilolite is not absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract (Dr Nikolai Daskaloff - Investigation into the Absorption behaviour of Activated Clinoptilolite in the Digestive Tract by Isotopic Marking) I have also attached the relevant pages from a study report from the manufacturer showing the safety and efficacy of the active ingredient in Toxaprevent (MANC - Modified and Activated Natural Clinoptilolite) with regards to absorption and removal of Aluminium.
