Reduce the bacterial load, naturally.
This is the game-changing protocol that's designed to not just 'pull' the H. pylori from the stomach, but it's designed to remove the toxins histamine and ammonium, which the bacteria utilises to protect itself and create a favourable environment for it to thrive. Histamine also creates inflammation and triggers the symptoms we feel from the stomach bacteria.
How The Toxaprevent Helicobacter Pylori Protocol Works.
Bind. Remove. Repair.
Helicobacter pylori is a urease-secreting bacterium; it produces large amounts of the enzyme urease, which is critical for its survival in our acidic stomach. Urease breaks down urea into ammonium and carbon dioxide, creating a neutral microenvironment that allows the bacteria to colonise the stomach. To enable it to 'swim', it creates a favourable inflammatory environment by triggering the release of histamine from mast cells in the stomach.
Toxaprevent is designed, proven and patented to remove the two key toxins that allow h. Helicobacter pylori to thrive. Furthermore, Pylopass, our bacterial strain, binds directly to H. pylori and reduces the bacterial load in the body through your stool.
Think of Toxaprevent as a tiny garbage truck travelling through your gut. As it moves from the upper digestive tract through to the colon, it picks up the “rubbish” in this case, the ammonium and histamine that the bacteria need to survive.
Instead of these toxins being utilised by the bacteria and being absorbed into the body to create other symptoms of high ammonium and histamine. Toxaprevent traps what it binds inside its mineral structure, then leaves the body through your natural bowel movement.
Toxaprevent is a game-changer, providing a practical approach: bind, carry out, and reduce the burden. Our natural protocol supports a calmer digestive environment, helps repair a leaky gut, and promotes a more balanced response to symptoms caused by excess histamine and ammonium.

FAQ's
Why should I not eat meat for the first 5 days?
Ammonia is a toxic byproduct that is produced when protein is broken down.
Helicobacter pylori converts ammonia into ammonium, which it utilises to reduce and protect itself from stomach acid. Think of ammonium as a 'shield' defending the bacteria against the harsh, acidic environment.
Ideally, we recommend a meat-free and fish-free diet only for the first 5 days of the protocol. After the 5 days, you can continue your normal diet.
Protein from nuts, legumes, seeds, beans and lentils can be used in replacement.
Can I follow the protocol with other supplements?
Yes, nor Toxaprevent or Pylopass interfere with other supplements, minerals, nutrients or probiotics.
Is the protocol suitable for Vegans?
Yes, Toxaprevent and Pylopass are both vegan & vegetarian friendly.
No animal products or their derivatives are used in our facility or manufacturing processes.
Can I follow the protocol alongside antibiotics or my PPI?
Yes! You can take Toxaprevent with every medication. However, you must leave a 2-hour gap, i.e., take the medication first, then Toxaprevent 2 hours afterwards.
If you need any support building the protocol to fit your lifestyle, please email us: hello@madebydaily.com - in the email please send us the following information:

How soon will I feel the benefits?
It's all dependent on the histamine and ammonium load. Some customers report seeing a difference immediately as Toxaprevent mops up the histamine and removes the protective ammonium shield. And others have seen results after day 4 or after continuing the 30-day cleanse.
What we do know is that as you take Toxaprevent daily, your histamine bucket continues to be emptied and excess ammonium is removed, you should begin to feel the benefits of clearing excess toxins.
Does Toxaprevent or Pylopass contain any allergens?
Nope, none at all! All our Toxaprevent range is manufactured in our GMP facility in Germany. Toxaprevent is licensed as a medical device and is manufactured in accordance with ISO:13845 and ISO:9001.
Toxaprevent is free from artificial additives, GMOs, and all allergens (free from wheat, gluten, dairy, fish, and nuts, to name a few), ensuring a pure, clean formula you can trust.
It's also a good point to mention that in our facility in Germany, all we manufacture is Toxaprevent, nothing else!
Pylopass is manufactured in our GMP-certified facility in France under strict EU guidance.
Does the H. Pylori protocol have side effects?
Pylopass has no reported side effects. It has also been put through clinical trials using Pylopass alongside triple therapy, and in the studies, it was shown to reduce the side effects that come from antibiotic therapy.
Toxaprevent has no reported direct side effects since its launch in 2006. This is because the active ingredient is inert; it has no physiological or immunological effect.
The active ingredient in the Toxaprevent range (Zeolite Clinoptilolite: MANC) is not absorbed by the body and does not react with the body. It works autonomously, binding to the toxins in the digestive tract and then simply passing out via natural bowel movement.
1 in 1000 may experience a 'healing crisis or histamine dumping'. This is where the body begins to detox stored toxins. This happens when your liver and kidneys are working to remove stored toxins. If this happens, it is positive as it means the body is working to heal.
Customers who report this say it feels similar to having flu-like symptoms, with tiredness, aches, and feeling like they need to rest. If this happens, it is a positive sign; it means the body is detoxing stored toxins and is healing.
These symptoms will typically pass within a week. We know it's tough, but perseverance is key, and we are here to help you if you want to talk or need support. Please keep hydrated, rest, and, most importantly, eat plenty of fibrous foods to help with stool formation.
The most commonly reported issue with Toxaprevent is constipation, which only happens if you do not drink enough water. If you are still feeling constipated, this may indicate that you are not getting enough fibre, carbohydrates, or protein in your diet to support stool formation, or that you have poor gut motility from low magnesium. We recommend increasing your fibre and discussing with your healthcare practitioner whether a good magnesium supplement could be

What is in Toxaprevent?
Toxaprevent contains a clean form of Zeolite Clinoptilolite MANC, a scientifically-backed toxin binder that detoxifies the toxins we are exposed to daily, leading to an overreactive immune system known as Histamine Overload (Histamine Intolerance).
What is in Pylopass?
Pylopass™ is a patented strain of Limosilactobacillus reuteri (DSM 17648) designed to reduce Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) levels in the stomach, supporting gut health. It works by co-aggregating (binding) with H. pylori and removing it through natural digestion, without affecting beneficial gut flora.
Pylopass is inactivated and acid-resistant, ensuring it survives stomach acid and does not require refrigeration like probiotics.
What other toxins does Toxaprevent remove?
Toxaprevent is proven to bind and remove the following toxins from the body:
- Histamine
- Mould
- Mycotoxins
- Ammonium
- Aflatoxins
- Ochratoxins A & B
- Mercury
- Lead
- Aluminium
- Cadmium
- Arsenic
- Nickel
- Tin
- Dimethylamine
- Nitrosamine
- Tyramine
- Putrescine
- Cadaverine
Will Toxaprevent bind to my bodies nutrient and minerals?
Unlike other poor-quality binders (activated charcoal, diatomaceous earth, and any food supplement Zeolite) Toxaprevent does not bind to your body's nutrients and minerals.
This is because the particle size of the Toxaprevent ingredient has been optimised, making it too small to bind to nutrients (which have a larger particle size). In addition, Toxaprevent's active ingredient is too large to pass through the gut lining, so it always stays in the GI tract. This is very important for our safety when taking it daily.
We produce longitudinal reports and studies as part of our medical device certification, which show that long-term use of Toxaprevent does not deplete micronutrient and essential mineral levels in users' bodies. Download Longitudinal Report & Study. Therefore, Toxaprevent can be taken alongside food, other supplements, and even probiotics/prebiotics.
Are there any contraindications?
Yes, do not take Toxaprevent if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Speak to your healthcare practitioner if you require any further advice on this.
